Stoney Creek RV Resort

Our one bedroom cabins were built between 2005-2007. The seven one bedroom cabins all have identical interiors.

They sleep up to five people. No pets are permitted at our cabin sites. A full list of cabin policies is listed below and on our rates page. 

 

Provided in a one-bedroom cabin:

  • Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffeemaker, toaster

  • Basic Dishware, Glassware, and Flatware

  • Bathroom with a shower, stool, and sink

  • Bedroom with a double bed and single bed above (bedding not provided)

  • Living room area with double futon sofa and single futon chair and TV with basic cable

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • Fire ring 

  • Picnic table on porch

 

Not Provided:

  • Bedding for Bunk bed- Full on bottom, Twin on top

  • Bedding for futon- Full size bedding

  • Towels

  • Pillows

  • Pans, cooking utensils

  • Personal Items

Our two bedroom cabins was built in 2007 and is our biggest rental unit. It can sleep up to eight people. No pets are permitted at our cabin sites. A full list of cabin policies is listed below and on our rates page. 

 

Provided in a two-bedroom cabin:

  • A large kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffeemaker, toaster, stove, dishware, glassware, flatware, saute pans, and serving utensils

  • Dining Room area

  • 2 Bedrooms with a double bed and single bed above (bedding not provided)

  • Bathroom with shower, stool, and sink

  • Living room area with a futon sofa and TV with basic cable

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • Fire ring 

  • Picnic table on porch

  • Entrance Ramp on front porch

  • Handrails in bathroom on back and side of toilet

Cabin Policies

Cabin Policies

Check In: 3pm     Check Out: 11am

  • Early Check-in Fees: 
    Cabins/Cottages: $25 Fee for Early Check-in's at     1 pm. Early check-ins are based on availability and very limited. Please call our office to inquire about early check ins. 

  • Late Check-out Fees: 
    Cabins/Cottages: $25 Fee for Late Check-out's after     11 am, and no later than 1 pm.  Late check-outs are based on availability and very limited. Please call our office to inquire about late check-outs. Sites that do not check out on time will be charged the late check-out fee of $25 plus tax. 

  • Rates based on one family (2 adults and up to 4 children under age 18).
    Extra fees apply for additional adults/children. Please see the rates page for information on additional fees. 

  • Each reservation includes 1 camping unit (RV/Tent/Cabin/Cottage), therefore adding an additional tent to your site requires an additional fee.

  • Pets are not allowed inside our cabins/cottages or on the grounds of cabins/cottages. $200 cleaning fee and immediate eviction apply. 

  • Tax not included. Please add 5.5% State and County Tax.

  • Starting October 1st, 2019, the city of Osseo has implemented a 5% Room Tax to be applied to all rental units. Starting January 1st, 2025, the City of Osseo increased the room tax 2% for a total of 7%. This tax must be paid by the guest. 

  • Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. (Memorial, 4th of July & Labor Day Weekends)- Weekend Rate charged for all holiday days. See the rates page for exact holiday dates. 

  • Visitor Pass Required. Visitors must stop at the office and get Visitor Pass

  • Discounts cannot be applied to rental units

  • Rates may be changed without notice

Check Out Procedures:

  • Replace any furnishing you may have moved back to their original positions

  • Please wash, dry and put away all dishes and cookware

  • Wipe off all counters, table, stove, microwave, and rinse out the sink.

  • Please turn off all lights and appliances (tv, coffee pot, air conditioning/heat unit, etc.)

  • Collect all trash and recyclables and dispose of it at the dumpster.

  • Close all windows and lock the doors on your way out.

  • Return your key and remote to the main office by 11am.
